Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Updates and newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address, to send occasional news and release announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics (with consent): anonymous usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4 and our own analytics tooling, to understand and improve the site. These set cookies and/or local storage and load only after you accept via our consent banner.
• Technical data: our hosting and security providers process standard technical information (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, send updates you have requested, operate and improve the site, and protect it against spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, Turnstile bot protection, email routing), Twilio SendGrid (email delivery), Google (Google Analytics, if you consent), and ManageYourTech (our own first-party analytics). Some may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the APPs.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics cookies and local storage are set only after you accept via our consent banner. You can decline and the site works normally without them, and you can clear site data in your browser at any time.

Security and storage

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Contact-form submissions go to a private inbox and are never published on the site.

Under the APPs you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To do so, or to make a privacy complaint, contact us below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
